Going on vacation at least once a year is very important for all of us but small firm lawyers find it more difficult to allot time for a vacation in the midst of their hectic schedule. The easiest way to do it is plan well in advance, tell your clients, co-lawyers and opposing counsels about your vacation plans so that they can get their work done through you prior to that time and you will not be bothered in your vacation.
