GM faces potential lawsuit over preferential treatment towards police cars

GM is now facing a potential class action lawsuit for alleged preferential treatment for police cars. Donna Trusky of Pennsylvania is facing lot of problems with the tires of her Impala due to defective spindle rods. Her car tires lasted for only 6,000 miles whereas any new tire will be easily good for 30,000 miles. In her lawsuit filed in federal court in Michigan, she alleges that the GM dealers preferred police cars to replace the defective rods.
