Littler Mendelson, the San Francisco based employment and labor law firm, has opened its 48th domestic office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The office will be led by shareholder Jay Sumner. Also moving to the new office will be shareholders Fred Miner and Shawn Oller.

With more than 750 attorneys and 48 offices, Littler Mendelson is the largest US law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in employment and labor law matters. Established in 1942, the firm has litigated, mediated and negotiated some of the most influential employment law cases and labor contracts on record.
