On the popular blog site cheezburger.com I came across a posting by mobile phone style which had an average amount of likes and a moderate number of comments and still something about this post was all but a bit too familiar. I have seen this happen.
The situation on the screen in the blog describes a guy sitting, waiting in an airport restaurant in Charlottesville for his flight out to somewhere, most likely at the bar. He is observing the comings and goings of fellow passengers.
He spots a girl, sitting by herself, very pretty. Then he sees a man who has been noticing her and is approaching. As the man speaks to the woman, it is clear that he is foreign and she seems extremely unimpressed by him and eager for him to go away. He starts some sort of lame pick up technique by pretending he is famous, and feeling bad for the foreigner, the guy sitting down comes to his aid by asking for his autograph and parading him in front of the girl. Instantly, the woman’s interest in him have swayed. A few minutes later the same foreign guy is surrounded by three girls. Maybe it’s love? Welcome to America my friend!
