According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been house hunting since they have a baby on the way. The couple is planning to buy a $10.75 million mansion located in Bel Air, California and is currently in escrow to buy the mansion.
The couple wants to renovate the home, which is 10,000-square feet. The home is being gutted right now in order to fit a 14,000-square-foot Italian villa. The mansion will have a movie theater, a gym, a hair and makeup salon, a basketball court, a bowling alley and indoor and outdoor pools. And, if you are wondering, there will be a baby nursery somewhere in the home.
“It’s so exciting for them,” a source said to People. “The house is gorgeous. And they really wanted and needed the privacy.”
The house is on a very large lot and has views of hills surrounding it. It is at the very end of a dead-end street, which means that they will not have any neighbors move in behind them as long as they are there.
It has also been reported by TMZ that Kim and Kanye’s home will be neighbors with Chris Paul of the Los Angeles Clippers, actress Jennifer Aniston and “Girls Gone Wild” creator Joe Francis. The community is also gated.
