has recently announced itself as one of the first Tech Startup firms on the European scene, with a boutique firm founded by James Shaw and Tina Baker, highly experienced venture capital lawyers grounded in tech, life sciences, and clean tech. The firm will be dedicated to venture capital and advising entrepreneurs in high growth companies, and with the background Shaw and Baker are bringing, as well as the intense team they have accrued, they seem able to the task.
