Temporary Restraining Order Sought by Rheingold Against Former Partner, Alleging That He Took More than 600 Client Files to New Firm

The law firm of Rheingold, Valet, Rheingold & McCartney has reached an agreement with lawyer and former partner Hunter Shkolnick, who openly admitted to removing over 600 client files and other documents before leaving for his new job at Napoli Bern Ripka. Mr. Skolnick has so far avoided a lawsuit by promising to return some of the files to his former employer.
