Diane Caldwell, a Dallas legal recruiter was accused of lying to persuade a partner of K&L gates to move to Patton Boggs. Caldwell was sued by this Bryan Cave partner, and represented herself. This is the first and only time Caldwell has been sued by a client in more than 30 years. Caldwell calls the lawsuit “absurd” and claimed that she was looking out for the best interests of her client.
