There’s a new merger taking place in the Carolinas as South Carolina’s Rogers Townsend & Thomas has merged with North Carolina’s Kellam & Pettit. The combined firm will operate as Rogers Townsend & Thomas. In a press release, Chairman Sam Waters said “The merger assures a strong presence through the Carolinas. Kellam & Pettit is a perfect fit for us because of our complementary practice areas, and the merger fulfills our goal of providing additional resources and professional services for our clients on a more regional basis.

Rogers Townsend & Thomas has offices in Columbia, Charlotte and the US Virgin Islands.
