David Rudolph practices labor & employment and commercial litigation. He was most recently a shareholder at Ogletree.
Scott Peatross handles probate & civil litigation. He is the Shelby County Public Administrator, appointed by the County Commission to represent the interests of families and others in probate estate issues. He comes from Bateman Gibson LLC, where he was a partner.
