Atlanta’s Constangy, Brooks & Smith is expanding into Boston.
The employment law firm 
has hired Ellen Kearns, of counsel to the Boston office of Foley & Lardner, to run the new office. Three more attorneys will join her.
In the last 12 months, the 120-lawyer firm has opened new offices in Chicago; Milwaukee; Greenville, South Carolina; and Encino, California.
Founded in 1946, Constangy, Brooks & Smith now has 19 offices in the US.
