The American Lawyer’s Summer Hiring Survey reports that large law firms offered fewer jobs to their summer interns, with a drop of about 33% from last year. The drop in offers may be partially attributed to the fact that summer classes were smaller in size. Of the 79 firms surveyed, 56 made fewer offers than they had the year before.
