US lawmakers bring out bipartisan bill to legalize marijuana

Republican Ron Paul and Democrat Barney Frank have come together to introduce HR2306, which would remove marijuana from the list of Federal schedule one drugs like alcohol and tobacco. It would be up to the individual states to decide whether the drug should be legal.
