Revenue and Profits Improve at Wiley Rein

Wiley Rein saw its gross revenue and profits per equity partner increase slightly in 2009. The firm reported gross revenue of $200 million last year, a one percent increase from 2008’s $198 million. PPP came in at $965,000, a 1.6 percent increase from $950,000 the previous year.

Also increasing was revenue per lawyer, which jumped from $695,000 in ’08 to $715,000 last year. Washington D.C.-based Wiley Rein was founded in 1983 with 39 attorneys. The firm added a Virginia office in 2001 and currently has more than 250 attorneys.
