In addition to his position as counsel, Perschetz will serve as a senior adviser with B&D Consulting, an advisory and advocacy division of Baker & Daniels.
Perschetz has practiced law for 10 years in D.C. He previously was the senior legal officer for the U.S. operations of two major insurance companies and was instrumental in drafting the captive insurance laws of Washington D.C., according to a press release.
