Four partners at Clifford Chance’s New York office have left to found their own firm.
Peter Chaffetz, David Lindsey, Charlie Scibetta and James Hosking have announced the formation of boutique litigation firm Chaffetz Lindsey, located in New York.
The group brings along former Clifford counsel Cecilia Moss.
A number of Clifford Chance 
 litigation partners have left the firm in the past year.
