BCG Attorney Search’s Chicago Recruiters Maintain the Highest Standards in Legal Recruiting

facebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterestlinkedinmail

BCG Attorney Search’s Chicago legal recruiters take pride in the recruitment process standards to which they adhere. The legal recruiters in the Chicago office have over 44 years of combined experience in the legal industry, and most have worked for top law firms. They get to know candidates personally so they can match each attorney with the ideal law firm, based on their vast knowledge of the legal marketplace, as well as the specifications requested by firms and the attorneys’ own strengths, personalities, style, personality, work ethics, and geographic needs.

Chicago’s office has three contacts who are crucial to the success of their clients. They are Jamie Bailey, a partner in the office; Julie Lehrman, a recruiter; and Roger Boord, a senior recruiter.

Jamie Bailey is a Partner and leads BCG Attorney Search’s Chicago office. She is responsible for BCG Attorney Search’s Midwest region. Prior to establishing BCG Attorney Search’s Chicago office in 2001, Jamie was a Legal Recruiter for Hopkins & Sutter (now Foley & Lardner), where she worked for 20 years. Jamie has over 30 years of experience in the legal industry and has placed partners and associates in a diverse range of law firms across the Midwest.

Julie Lehrman has been a legal recruiter in Chicago since 2008, and joined BCG in 2012. She worked as an attorney for eight years at large law firms and as in-house counsel. Julie earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served on the school’s Law Review. Julie has extensive experience placing partners, associates, and counsel in law firms and in-house.
