Boston based Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge have announced a merger with Chicago law firm Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon and new firm will be called Edwards Wildman Palmer. The decision of this merger came after Wildman Harrold lost many of their attorneys to other firms. Both combined now, they will have 650 lawyers. Robert Shuftan will be the deputy managing partner of the new firm while Walter Reed will hold his position.
