The valet told Brown that he could not release the car until the $10 charge was paid. This is when Brown and his group surrounded the valet. In a video obtained by TMZ, Brown is heard yelling, “F*ck ten dollars.”

According to people at the scene, Brown was mad because he only attended the event for 30 minutes and thought he was being ripped off by the valet. As the incident increased, someone from Brown’s group said, “We got the money … don’t worry about it.”

Despite that comment, Brown did not calm down, saying to the valet, “We gonna turn this whole thing on out.” Before he walked away, Brown shouted the following at the valet, “Funk ass ten dollars,” and then disappeared. He finally got his keys and drove off.
