Allen & Overy Enters Into Association with Zeyad S. Khoshaim Law Firm View Count: 103
The law firm of Allen & Overy announced via a press release that it has come to an agreement with the Zeyad S. Khoshaim Law Firm in Saudi Arabia for an exclusive association. Zeyad came to Allen & Overy back in August of 2010 as a partner. He is qualified to practice law in Saudi Arabia and in New York.
The office run by Zeyad features a number of veteran internationally and Saudi qualified lawyers who have experience advising on the practice areas of local and cross border mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets, banking, corporate, projects and Islamic finance transactions. Allen & Overy will also be adding partner Julian Johansen and corporate partner Johannes Bruski.
The managing partner for the Riyadh office, Zeyad Khoshaim said, “I look forward to continuing my relationship with A&O and leveraging its broad international network to advise our clients on some of the most complex transactions undertaken in the market.
