Law Firm of Lucas & Mercanti Moves into Space at 30 Broad Street in NYC

The law firm of Lucas & Mercanti signed a 10-year lease for the 21st floor at 30 Broad Street in New York City, according to the Commercial Observer. The lease is for a space that is 14,880 in square-footage.

CompStak is reporting that the firm will be paying rent in the mid-$30′s per square foot of space they rent on the 21st floor. The firm is located at 475 Park Avenue South right now. A new lease was signed for the 43rd floor by Think Passenger and it seems as though they are paying roughly the same amount per square foot.
