Significantly boosting its Las Vegas litigation presence, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck has snagged three top Vegas commercial litigation attorneys from Jones Vargas, Kirk B. Lenhard, previously co-chair of Jones Vargas’ litigation group; Tamara Beatty Peterson, and Clark V. Vellis. With them, they will bring associates Adam K. Bult and Anthony J. DiRaimondo.
In his twenty years at Jones, Lenhard developed a strong commercial and real estate litigation practice, which he now brings to Brownstein, along with a high profile list of regional clients that include Clark County, McCarran Airport, Republic Services and Shuffle Master.
Peterson, a former distinguished prosecutor in the Clark County District Attorney’s office, focuses her practice on commercial, real estate and construction litigation.
With a breadth and depth of experience in employment law, product liability litigation, commercial litigation and franchise law and litigation in both federal and state courts across multiple states, Vellis is also a welcome addition to the firm.
