Brownstein Draws Top Litigators To Vegas Office
Significantly boosting its Las Vegas litigation presence, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck has snagged three top Vegas commercial litigation attorneys from Jones Vargas, Kirk B. Lenhard, previously co-chair of Jones Vargas’ litigation group; Tamara Beatty Peterson, and Clark V. Vellis. With them, they will bring associates Adam K. Bult and Anthony J. DiRaimondo.
In his twenty years at Jones, Lenhard developed a strong commercial and real estate litigation practice, which he now brings to Brownstein, along with a high profile list of regional clients that include Clark County, McCarran Airport, Republic Services and Shuffle Master.
Peterson, a former distinguished prosecutor in the Clark County District Attorney’s office, focuses her practice on commercial, real estate and construction litigation.
With a breadth and depth of experience in employment law, product liability litigation, commercial litigation and franchise law and litigation in both federal and state courts across multiple states, Vellis is also a welcome addition to the firm.
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck has offices in Albuquerque, Aspen, Denver and Glenwood Springs, Colorado; Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas, Nevada; Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, Sacramento, San Diego and Santa Barbara, California; Santa Fe; and Washington, DC.Brownstein Draws Top Litigators To Vegas Office by eric
