Reuters: Clifford Chancepartner Simon Tinkler has been tapped to replace current London corporate practice head, David Pearson. Pearson, who held the position for two terms, will continue work within the group, focusing on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Tinkler’s practice specializes in private equity, complex leveraged buyouts, and international and pan-European corporate takeovers, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Tinkler has also served in an advisory capacity for a number of investment banks.
