Today is Wednesday, November 11. At 11 am on November 11, 1918, all fighting stopped in World War 1 and Woodrow Wilson proclaimed the day Armistice Day. It wasn’t until Veterans started to return from World War 2 that the day became a day to celebrate all of our vets.
