Controversial celebrity-centric religion, Scientology, was hit with another terrible allegation. This time, a woman has accused the church of forcing her to get an abortion, LAist reports.

This week, a Los Angeles County judge ruled that the trial of a former Scientologist who claims the church forced her to abort will move forward. Laura Cresenczo said the Church had her sign a “Billion Year Contract” when she was twelve-years-old, and when she was seventeen, they forced her to abort her fetus. She originally filed this suit in 2009, but the church fought back and stalled the case until now.

Additionally, Cresenzo said the Church of Scientology is guilty of false imprisonment, wage and hour theft, intention of emotional distress, and other charges. She said that forcing abortions was common in the church because they wanted women to work more and they wanted to keep childcare costs low.

The church’s most prominent celebrity members include Tom Cruise, Kirstie Alley, and John Travolta. King of Queens actress Leah Remini left the church and published a scathing tell-all in 2005. Crash director Paul Haggis appeared in the Scientology documentary Going Clear, which portrayed the church negatively.

According to the lawsuit, the Church coerced Cresenzo into having an abortion, telling her that if she didn’t give up her future baby they would kick her out, never let her see her husband, and saddle her with debt. She said her husband worked with the church, and that he was angry she became pregnant.

At the time of the alleged forced abortion, Cresenzo had been with the church for five years, and she was a member of its elite class, the Sea Org. After the abortion, she stayed with the church for another twelve years. She left Scientology for good in 2008 after she stumbled across an online board for ex-Scientologists who shared their experiences.

Bart Deixler, a spokesperson for the Church, said that the court should not be involved in church matters.

“We do not have the civil courts investigate religious practices,” Deixler said.

Things keep getting incredibly bizarre for actor John Travolta and this time he decided to include his old friend Olivia Newton-John. A music video made its debut on the internet today featuring Travolta and Newton-John singing and dancing to the song “I Think You Might Like It.”

The video features and old-time car and a plane, in which both stars are seen singing at one point or another. After admittedly watching this video, which I now regret, I can say that it is one of the worst pieces of entertainment, if you want to call it that, I have ever encountered.

What really makes this video funny is the fact that it features a private jet, which surely costs a couple million dollars, and a mint-condition classic car, which should also cost a pretty penny, but the video appears to have been made with an incredibly low budget.

John Travolta is being sued by a former pilot who claims that he had a private gay relationship with the actor, according to a report from TMZ. The pilot said that he did not sign a confidentiality agreement with Travolta that would prevent him from speaking to the media. According to Travolta’s reps, the pilot is absolutely full of it.

The pilot has been identified as Doug Gotterba, who said that he worked as Travolta’s pilot from 1981 to 1987. Gotterba first made the news when he spoke with the National Enquirer regarding his ‘steamy affair’ with Travolta. In the lawsuit filed by Gotterba he does not go into detail about the relationship but did say that the media response caused him to receive a threatening letter from Marty Singer, the lawyer for Travolta.

Gotterba claims in the lawsuit that Singer threatened to sue Gotterba for violating a confidentiality agreement he signed after his employment with Travolta ended. Gotterba has said that he signed a termination agreement but that it did not have any clauses in it about keeping information confidential. This has led Gotterba to claim innocence and that he should be permitted to discuss Travolta without facing a lawsuit.

Singer talked with TMZ, telling the website that the lawsuit from Gotterba is ‘ridiculous’ because Gotterba signed a confidentiality agreement and that he filed it in the lawsuit. Singer also said, “Mr. Gotterba obviously filed this lawsuit to get his 15 minutes of fame. We plan to get this meritless case promptly dismissed.”

Joan Edwards, who was Travolta’s secretary from 1978 to 1994, chimes in about Travolta’s private relationship with his pilot, Doug Gotterba. “I did everything for him [Travolta], including taking care of his personal and professional schedules. Of course I knew he was gay. It never bothered me,” she told the Enquirer.

She also refers directly to Gotterba, saying “That’s how I met Doug. We both worked for John at the same time. Doug is a wonderful guy and we are still good friends. He told me that John was gay and they had a sexual relationship.”

Gotterba’s later boyfriend confirmed the relationship, saying “Doug told me right at the beginning of our relationship that he’d had a homosexual relationship with John Travolta in the 1980s. Doug said John was constantly grabbing at his genital area, but he put up with John’s sexual advances because working for him was ‘lucrative.'”

The article also mentioned something of an incriminating video where the two were in a hotel room, one without a shirt.

The story of John aggressively making sexual advances on employees seems to confirm the latest bit of litigation from Travolta’s masseuses that John had harassed them, and the styling of Gotterba’s report that he permitted the relationship just because the job paid well doesn’t paint an attractive picture of homosexual love, but then again, what a man tells his new lover about his old may not accurately describe the reality of the situation.

So it seems that as usual, celebrities have no rights to privacy, at least in sexual matters, and that whatever juicy stories about Travolta’s intimate side can be snatched at certainly will be.

The back-story is in line with the typical high-quality tone and noble message of the Enquirer: Travolta’s wife of 6 years, Kelly Preston, is upset about the scandal, is leaving him, there is a $200 million dollar settlement, blah blah blah.

The only reason they are reporting on this is because a few male masseuses have alleged that Travolta sexually assaulted them. This includes the allegation of a 40-year old black belt who recently withdrew his $2 million lawsuit.  The man, John Truesdale, had lost a job 8 years ago for being ‘sexually inappropriate’ with clients and co-workers, so his story is dubious and is probably simply preying on the media hoopla surrounding the case.

A federal lawsuit against John Travolta was dismissed in court last week when the plaintiff dropped out because there was confusion regarding the date when the incident occurred. Then, the second plaintiff in the case fired his lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, and hired Gloria Allred instead. The lawsuit accused Travolta of groping two male masseurs at different hotels in Los Angeles and Atlanta this past January. The allegations have been denied by the lawyer for Travolta, Martin Singer. Allred is now the attorney for both of the plaintiffs in the case and she has said that she is considering filing the lawsuit against Travolta again in a different court. Allred has denied that she solicited her clients, instead claiming they contacted her about her services.

“She’s either calling her client a liar or she’s lying,” Okorocha said, who filed the lawsuit on Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Okorocha claims that Allred unethically and illegally solicited the second plaintiff, who is known as John Doe #2.

“The solicitations included asking John Doe No. 2 ‘Are you happy with your representation?'” the suit said. A piece of evidence attached to the lawsuit shows a screenshot of a text message exchange with John Doe #2 only two days prior to the client firing Okorocha and hiring Allred.

“Do you have the number Gloria Allred called from?” the screenshot showed. “I will check my caller ID. It was on my home phone,” the client replied.

“She ain’t been in a courtroom in 20 years. Just doing stupid ass press conference side shows,” Okorocha wrote in reply.

Okorocha spoke with CNN just two days prior to being fired by John Doe #2, saying that he thought Allred was soliciting his client. Allred immediately denied the claim that day.

“That is completely false,” Allred said. “I have never done that and do not have any idea who John Doe 2 is.”

Okorocha said he received a call just two days later telling him he was fired by John Doe #2.

“We believe that the lawsuit should be filed in another court and, therefore, the lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice,” Allred said. “We will be conferring with our client regarding what will happen next in this case.”

The lawsuit filed by Okorocha claims that Allred intentionally interfered with contractual relations, intentionally interfered with prospective economic relations and unfair business practices.

“I get the case to national prominence and then someone who only does press conferences and sideshows, and doesn’t actually go to court or do trials, just steps in and says, ‘I’ll take the clients,'” Okorocha said during the interview with CNN.

The claims by Okorocha were described by Allred as ‘false, outrageous and defamatory.’ Allred also asked for a detraction.

“Because both John Doe #1 and John Doe #2 contacted us,” she said. “As have all of our thousands of clients in the 27 years that I have been practicing law. And we have great confidence that we will obtain a judgment against him for defamation.”

The second unnamed accuser in the John Travolta sex scandal has finally been identified to the public. John Doe #2 is John Truesdale, who is 40. The massage therapist was the second person to accuse the actor of sexual battery earlier this year. Truesdale lives in Smyrna, Georgia and is a former high school football player and U.S. Army medic. In an interview, Truesdale said the following about his name being released to the public:

“I thought I was supposed to be anonymous. I can’t talk about [the case]. I’m not allowed to give any comment.”

Truesdale is a married man who is a father as well. In the lawsuit filed by Truesdale against Travolta he claims that Travolta assaulted him in his hotel room on January 28. Truesdale’s lawsuit was for $2 million but he recently pulled the lawsuit and fired his attorney. His attorney was Okorie Okorocha but has since hired Gloria Allred. Truesdale and Allred have not filed a new lawsuit as of yet.

The lawyer for Travolta, Marty Singer, denied the allegations from all of the accusers: “Not one penny has been paid nor do we have any intention to pay any money for these ridiculous and false claims.”

John Doe #1’s identity is still a mystery.

The former fiancé of Jeff Conaway, the co-star of John Travolta in Grease, claims that Travolta attempted to perform oral sex on Conaway when he was sleeping. Vikki Lizzi revealed this news earlier this week. Conaway played Kenickie in the 1978 film. Lizzi also said that Conaway was so upset with what happened that he ended his long-term friendship with Travolta. Lizzi said that Conaway made the claim in a suicide note he left after he failed to kill himself in 2006. Conaway passed away at the age of 60 in May from pneumonia. Lizzi claims that Conaway also told her that Travolta and wife Kelly Preston are engaged in a sham of a marriage. Lizzi said in an interview that ‘Jeff told me that John and Kelly’s marriage was an arrangement. Jeff said that Kelly knows that John is gay, and that’s why she’s OK with it.’

There was another unidentified source to claim that Preston signed a contract with Travolta when they were married but the source did not know the details of the contract. All of this comes as another masseur claims he was involved in a homosexual incident with Travolta. This accuser is named, unlike the first two. Of the first two, one dropped the lawsuit earlier this week. The third accuser is Luis Gonzalez, who claims he and Travolta were together one afternoon at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Laguna Niguel, California back in 1997.

Just last week, Fabian Zanzi made a claim that Travolta accosted him on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship back in 2009. The first accuser, John Doe 1, has hired celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred even though he dropped the suit this week. Gonzalez said the following of Travolta, ‘He’s a great kisser. I know because I had sex with him and he loved it.’ Gonzalez also said that Travolta seemed to be ‘very experienced’ with gay sex. ‘I can remember it like it happened yesterday,’ he added.

Gonzalez claims that the incident took place not long after he setup the table in Travolta’s room.

‘He moved around and started to breathe heavily,’ he alleged. ‘We got right into the bed that was right there next to the massage table and had a really good time. Travolta may not identify himself as a gay man, but it doesn’t dismiss the fact that he likes sex with men .. and he’s experienced at it. I was in shock for about a week afterward thinking, ‘I can’t believe it! I had sex with John Travolta! I was hoping to see him again after that, but I never did.’

According to a recent report, John Travolta and one of the masseurs who accused him of sexual assault have agreed to fight the lawsuit against Travolta out of court behind closed doors. The civil complaint will be handled in front of a private judge.

“Both sides will agree to keep all transcripts sealed, as well as all witness statements, depositions,” an unnamed source said. “The lawsuit will be heard by a private judge, who will decide how much money if any the accuser will receive.”

The masseur was giving Travolta a massage in his hotel room in Atlanta on January 28 when the massage became freaky. The masseur has not been identified yet but has been referred to as John Doe No. 2 in the case. The masseur claims that Travolta had an erection and grabbed the hand of the massage therapist and tried to place it on Travolta’s scrotum. This complaint was added to an original one, which was filed regarding a similar issue that supposedly took place on January 16 in Beverly Hills.

Travolta has shown evidence, which includes restaurant receipts and photographs that he was in New York on January 16. The complaint from Beverly Hills was subsequently dropped. A man from Chile claims that Travolta said he would pay him $12,000 for a massage and sex on a Royal Caribbean cruise back in 2009. The masseur claims he declined the offer and has yet to file a lawsuit against Travolta.
