Summary: An alleged dog attack victim is accusing Miley Cyrus of perjury.

Miley Cyrus may need a wrecking ball to get her out of her recent trouble. According to The Blast, the pop and country singer has been accused of committing perjury in a lawsuit involving her sister and a vicious dog.

Miley’s sister, Brandi Cyrus, 30, lived in an apartment complex that Miley paid for, and she owned a German Shepherd named Feather. Model Yolande Ngom said that Feather bit her in 2014, and the dog left a scar on her thigh. According to The Patch, Ngom was bit on an elevator while Feather was being handled by an assistant, who “failed to do anything to prevent the attack.”

Ngom said that Feather had also bitten another person at the apartment building in Toluca Lake, an area outside of Los Angeles, California.

Ngom sued the Cyrus sisters for damages, and she said the dog bite permanently ruined her modeling career. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court against Smiley Miley, Miley’s family’s company.

Ngom demanded that Miley sit for a deposition, but Miley refused. She filed documents saying that she had no information to contribute to the case and she said the plaintiff only wanted her to testify to annoy and harass her.

Miley said she knew nothing about her sister’s dog and had never even met the dog before the attack. However, a video has surfaced that contradicts her claims.

The Blast stated that the plaintiff discovered a video that Miley had posted on social media where she introduced Feather to fans. This video was uploaded two years before the 2014 incident, and in it, Miley said she was obsessed with the pet.

Ngom’s lawyers submitted this video as evidence that Miley had lied, and the “Wrecking Ball” and “The Climb” singer’s legal team rushed to file an amended declaration. In Miley’s new paperwork, she said that she had indeed been to Brandi’s apartment while Brandi owned Feather and that she had forgotten that she made the video and knew the dog.

Miley said she had a “lack of memory” because she makes hundreds of videos for fans, and she said that when she claimed to not know the dog that was technically true because she forgot.

The plaintiff said that Miley is abusing the legal system and committed perjury, and they also accuse Miley’s mother, Tish Cyrus, of also making false claims. Ngom wants Miley to be deposed, and a judge will rule on this on June 8.
