According to multiple reports from TMZ, Kim Kardashian has filed a police report against the man who threatened her with death and called her a “n****r lover.” She also wants the man to be criminally prosecuted. In relation to the case, Kanye West is a suspect in the battery of the man in question.
The incident occurred at a Beverly Hills medical complex. The whole thing began when the man started yelling at the paparazzi as Kim arrived for an appointment. He even tried to help her get past the paparazzi and into the building.
While helping her into the building, the man yelled obscenities at the photogs. He called them “f****ts” and “n****rs.” Kim confronted the man about his language, saying it was inappropriate to use those words. This sent the man into a frenzy.
He screamed at Kim, saying, “F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut.”
During the confrontation, Kim decided to call Kanye, who was on his way into the building. While on the phone with Kanye, the man screamed “F**k you N****r.”
He found Kim and the two went looking for the man. When they found him, sitting in the waiting room of chiropractor Richard Hill, Kanye punched the man. Kim then screamed that they had the entire exchange on tape.
Kanye is facing battery charges in another case, an assault on a photog at LAX. To go on top of this, the L.A. City Attorney wants to use all the confrontations Kanye has been involved in against him to prove he has an M.O.
The men had to be separated by the massage therapist in the office and Beverly Hills officers were called to the scene. The man said he wanted to press charges and Kim retaliated by saying she wanted to file a police report.
Police view Kanye as a suspect in the case and want to interview him.
