Quarles & Brady LLP Adds Four New Partners to Chicago Office

The law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced via a press release that it has added Randall R. Fearnow, Edward D. Rickert, Jeffery M. Monberg and Mark W. Bina to its office in Chicago. All of the additions will work as partners at the law firm.

“We are excited to welcome these outstanding attorneys to our firm whose practices span Illinois and Indiana,” firm chair Kimberly Leach Johnson said. “They represent our ongoing strategy to provide our clients with legal services that few law firms can match, especially in the Health and Life Sciences and the Financial Services sectors.”

“We are delighted to have these four talented attorneys join our practice,” Health Law Practice Group chair Sarah E. Coyne said. “Combining their knowledge of health law with our current team substantially strengthens our efforts to grow the firm’s health law practice and what we can do for our clients.”

Ted Yi, the co-managing partner at the firm’s Chicago office, said, “The addition of Randy, Ed, Jeff and Mark strengthens our growing health law, financial services and litigation practices, and broadens our range of services in our Chicago office. They add a great deal of experience that we are thrilled to share with our clients.”

All four attorneys join the firm from Krieg DeVault .

Fearnow said the following on behalf of the new group: “Quarles offers all of us the opportunity to take our individual practices to a new level, thanks to its strategic focus in the Health & Life Sciences and Financial  Services sectors and the depth and breadth of expertise Quarles already has developed in regulatory, transactional and litigation aspects of those sectors. The firm has made a clear commitment to building on the formidable law practices it has already established, and we’re excited to add even more to its client service offerings.”

Fearnow will work in the Health Law Practice Group at the firm. He earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.



Rickert will also work in the Health Law Practice Group. Rickert earned his J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Monberg will work in the Commercial Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. He earned his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law.

Bina will work in the Health Law and Litigation Practice Groups at the firm. He earned his J.D. from John Marshall Law School.
