Moyers has joined the Winston & Strawn trusts and estates practice group as a partner, says PR Newswire.  He comes to the firm from Levin Schredder & Carey, where he was a partner, and has nearly two decades of experience in tax and business planning.  Traditionally, Mr. Moyers practice has been focused on counseling closely-held businesses and owners regarding succession planning and related tax issues.
