In its ongoing international expansion, DLA Piper has forged an agreement with a law firm in Turkey that will give DLA Piper a presence in Istanbul.
Yuksel Karkm Kucuk, a 45-lawyer firm in Turkey, inked the deal with DLA Piper after lengthy discussions. The Lawyer reports Turkey has been an area of interest lately for international firms, especially for DLA Piper, which recently added Marc Grossman, the former U.S. ambassador to Turkey, as senior adviser.
DLA Piper has 67 offices in 29 countries throughout the world and more than 3,500 attorneys.
