Update on Justice Ginsburg

Last night we reported that Justice Ginsburg had been hospitalized after becoming ill as the result of a treatment for iron deficiency. This morning we can tell you that she has been released from the hospital and plans to be back at work at the Court this afternoon. Her overnight stay in the hospital was precautionary.

Ginsburg underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer in February and continues to maintain an active schedule.
