Two-Thirds of Drinker Biddle Summers Get Offers

Home, Law Firms

In a year marked by layoffs, deferred start dates and low offer rates, this almost sounds like good news. Drinker Biddle made offers to 25 out of 37 summer associates, firm wide. While it’s certainly better than we’ve seen from some firms this year, it’s still a step back from last year when Drinker Biddle had a larger summer class and a higher offer rate. The firm is not deferring incoming associates but they are starting them out with a six month training program at a reduced salary.

Drinker Biddle was founded in 1849 in Philadelphia, and has 12 offices nationwide with over 650 attorneys today.
