Pinsent Masons, which is in the midst of a redundancy consultation, will outsource litigation work to a firm in South Africa.
It is unclear if any US or UK jobs will be affected, or how many jobs will be created in South Africa.
Birmingham, UK’s Pinsent Masons has started a litigation support service with outsourcing provider Exigent, which the firm already uses for document processing. Qualified lawyers will do the litigation work from an office in Cape Town.
