Pepper Hamilton has expanded its labor & employment practice with the hiring of two former Wolf Block attorneys, Richard Reibstein and Russell Adler.
Reibstein joins Pepper Hamilton in New York as a partner. He ran Wolf Block’s labor & employment practice there.
Adler joins as counsel; he defends employers against discrimination and other claims.

The firm’s largest practices include defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in product liability litigation and related matters, corporate transactions and commercial litigation.

It would be a good step to stop layoffs of people from law firms and it will strengthen the labor & employment practice. Pepper Hamilton is doing a good job by doing law firm hiring.
