Female Cop Posts Nude Photos of Fellow Female Cop

Summary: A female officer was placed behind bars for hacking a colleague’s account and posting private photos to social media.

Georgia officer Audrey Francisquini found herself behind bars after she hacked a fellow officer’s account and posted private photos of the other woman. Francisquini is accused of hacking into the social media account of the other female officer to access the compromising photos on her phone, and then uploading those photos to the other officer’s Snapchat and Instagram accounts.

The other officer learned what had happened when friend notified her of the posted photos. The officer immediately when to the authorities to report what had happened. Georgia keeps a strict “revenge porn” law prohibiting the unauthorized publishing of sexual images. Francisquini soon after was placed under arrest, spending three days in jail before posting bond.

DeKalb County stated, “As soon as the department was notified of the allegations the officer was immediately placed on administrative leave. The criminal investigation led to three charges. She remains on administrative leave pending the outcome of the internal investigation.”

The police report also notes that after the other officer learned of what happened, Francisquini contacted her by sending her messages filled with threats. Francisquini was apparently cursing at the other officer and saying she was “going to learn” in the messages.
