Most people don’t have hours to spend in the gym each day. Between jobs, family, and other commitments, gym time tends to fall to the bottom of our priority lists. That’s why I’ve put together a quick, 20-minute treadmill workout that will get your heart rate going, but get you in and out of the gym so you can put your focus on your work and loved ones.
