Summary: Today I found some amazing interval workouts that I think you should give a try.

Personally, I think strength training is hugely important to both weight loss (if that’s what you’re aiming for) as well as your overall health. However, it’s important to have some cardiovascular strength for your fitness! Rather than spending countless hours each week on a cardio machine or hitting the pavement, interval workouts not only save you time, but they’re much more effective too!
