Thursday Thoughts

1. Well my first and most important thought of the day: I start another temp job today! Haha so not a permanent job, but again, I’m earning money and not in my apartment all day! I do have to say the past couple of days were much more relaxing knowing that I would actually be starting a job soon!

2. This past weekend I got to see my friends Lindsay and Ian get married!!! It was fun to spend the weekend catching up with friends that I don’t get to see often. And of course dancing, we love dancing.

3. I can’t say I’m a fan of this whole dark until 6:30am or so thing… It’s making getting up early so much harder! I definitely need to get back on an early morning schedule, I’ve been getting to used to sleeping in! (haha which for me is until 7…).

4. Whole Foods had this amazing crab on it’s salad bar and I loved it so much I got a container just filled with it. Personally, I think it was pure genius because it would have been way more expensive had I paid for it in the seafood section!

5. Random Pinterest Interjection: How cute are these earrings? And only $32 with personalization! No, I won’t be purchasing them… Haha I’m on a no-clothing ban until October 1st that started back at the beginning of August!

6. Guess what!? I went on a RUN! I know, shocker. I just really felt like it! I’ve been off running for months now to give myself a complete break from it. But I think I might try slowly incorporating it back in. We’ll see… I’m enjoying the intuitive exercise concept.

7. Just FYI make sure that your new doctor takes your insurance… and that you’re not looking at an expired insurance card when doing so… #learningthehardway

8. Have a great Thursday!

Are you a seafood fan?

What time do you get up in the mornings?

Do you love to dance??? I do!

I'm originally from Kansas City, MO and I did my undergrad at the College of Charleston in South Carolina. I started this blog in August of 2011 because I needed a creative outlet and I wanted to write about my life in a way that other women could relate to and realize that they aren’t alone in many aspects of their lives.
