New York Principal Removed from School for Sex on Campus with Parent and Employees

A principal from Queens has been pulled from her school as allegations that she had sex with a guard, a parent and an assistant principal during school hours have surfaced. According to a report in the New York Post, Annie Schmutz Seifullah, is principal of the 7th-to-12th-grade Robert Wagner Secondary School of Arts and Technology in Long Island City. Photos of her acts have been found on her department laptops.

Seifullah was escorted from the property on Thursday morning as investigators took computers and other electronic devices from the school and her home.

“We are appalled by these disturbing allegations and acted swiftly to remove the principal while the matter is under investigation,” a Department of Education spokesman said. “This type of alleged behavior is completely unacceptable for any DOE employee.”

The allegations came forward following a relationship that turned sour with a parent. The ex-lover handed over three laptops belonging to the DOE that he obtained while living with Seifullah. Some of the computers have photos of Seifullah wearing lingerie and performing sexual acts.

A video tape and an audio tape were given to investigators by the parent of Seifullah performing oral sex with a school-safety agent from the NYPD. This act occurred in the school security office. Another act involved Seifullah and a visiting assistant principal in a book-storage room while school was in session.

“I don’t know what I was thinking. I don’t know why I thought it was OK,” Seifullah tells the parent in the taped discussion. This occurs after he accused Seifullah of cheating on him.

“You gave him [expletive deleted] while my child was in the building,” he says. The parent also turned over a letter he claims was written by the principal about other encounters.

“The second [time] was a visit to my school that led to a sexual encounter which included brief oral sex in a hidden location,” the letter states.

The name of the parent is being withheld to protect the privacy of the child. Seifullah has a toddler son.

“Ms. Seifullah clearly used her power and position as principal to… seek several sexual partners at her school,” he charged.

Seifullah makes $136,959. She lent the parent money a couple of times. She gave him $10,000 and $500 and $300 money orders.

The Facebook page for Seifullah has been deleted and she told The Post, “I can’t talk without permission.”

Seifullah moved in with the student’s father after filing for divorce last summer. Their relationship ended in March.
