Actress Denise Richards can no longer take care of Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller’s children. In fact she refuses to and according to TMZ, she has written a very long and intense letter to the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Families. The twin boys, Bob and Max apparently go into a “zombie-like” state and then violently attack the unsuspecting dogs in the house. The twins go from gentle petting to strangling the poor animals and kicking them in the head, ignoring and enjoying their obvious whimpers of pain and discomfort. They even lift the dogs up by grabbing their necks. When Richards confronted the boys they confessed that they wanted to hurt and kill the loveable, family oriented creatures.

The dogs are not the only victims of the bad behavior. The boys also attack Richards’s three daughters. The girls have been kicked in the head and stomach, strangled, bitten, scratched, spit upon, slapped, punched in the head and face and have had toys thrown at them. Her daughters are afraid to go to bed and stay up with her until four in the morning before they fall safely asleep under their mother’s protection. The twin boys have also attacked other children at school and the unruly and simply unacceptable, nightmarish behavior they have displayed has only gotten worse since attending school. They have even slapped their teachers in the face. Richards goes as far as to blame their appalling conduct on their biological mother because after visits with her they act out violently against the dogs and girls. They have also thrown their own feces in one of her daughter’s bathrooms.

Denise has temporary custody of the boys while their mother is supposedly dealing with her drug addiction. Pediatricians have suggested therapy for the boys, but Mueller will not allow it. Their father, Charlie Sheen, has attempted to apply for full custody of the boys, but he has been unsuccessful. Mueller tried to file a restraining order against him, but she was unsuccessful. Sheen is no stranger to the tabloids and his less than ideal behavior with drinking, drugs and women helped him get fired from his popular, long-running sitcom Two and a Half Men, which allowed the opportunity for Ashton Kutcher to fill in the open spot as a replacement character. Shortly after being fired Sheen was offered the FX series Anger Management where ex-wife Denise Richards made a cordial and friendly guest appearance. Richards and Sheen were married on June 15, 2002 and divorced in 2006.
