Vinson & Elkins bring Robert Scherer onto their Finance Practice Group. Scherer joins as counsel in New York. He joins V&E from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. His practice is focused on representing banks, dealers and participants in the financial markets. He handles development, structuring, and negotiation of financial products including fixed income derivatives, credit derivatives and structured financial products.
