VIDEO: Aspiring Lawyer Videotapes Her Own Shameless Abuse of Dunkin Donuts Employees

For those of us who have worked at Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts or some other customer service job, we all know what it’s like facing a customer from hell. 18-year-old Abid Adar had to face 27-year-old Taylor Chapman, a woman aspiring to be a lawyer who herself videotaped her rabid abuse of employees, which she posted on Facebook in order to shame them – ultimately shaming herself for her racist and senseless abuse of innocent and polite employees.

Chapman, who studied at Nova Southeastern University with “a bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing,” says she is “working towards my JD in Law now.” Her deal? She didn’t get a receipt at her last visit.

“This girl was so f**king rude to me and said ‘OK well you can get your order free next time,’ So you know what I told her, I said ‘I want the whole fucking menu b**ch, twice,'” says Chapman into the camera. “A guarantee is a guarantee and I’ve already called my lawyer and he is already on it.”

Chapman complains that the woman who attended her was “a complete cunt sand nigger whore.” The complaint seems to be that she didn’t get a receipt with her order, which according to Dunkin’ Donuts policy means she gets a free order. When the woman she referred to, Nithi, appears, Chapman confronts her.

“Well, guess what? This shit’s about to go live, bitch. Right on Facebook,” Chapman exclaims. “‘Cause I already posted what your dumb ass did last night. So I hope you’re happy with your little fucking sand nigger self. Cause I’m about to nuke your whole fucking planet from Mars. You think ya’ll are tough big fat Arabs bombin’ the Trade Center? I’ll show you tough.”

A fellow customer feels uncomfortable being recorded, and says, “It’s your issue. I’ve got my own issues,” and avoids looking in the camera, while Chapman brags on how she is going to post it on Facebook and can’t wait.

Taylor has since deleted her Facebook page, while the video has meanwhile gone viral.

Abid Adar, meanwhile, the aspiring doctor who is only being paid $8 an hour to endure such abuse, kept civil and polite throughout the entire enterprise. Dunkin Donuts, on being prompted to recognize Adar’s good work, sent the following update to Gawker:

We commend the franchisee’s crew member for handling this difficult situation with grace and patience. We believe this is a powerful example of great customer service and the respect our crew members have for our guests. The franchise owner of the restaurant has reached out to the crew member privately to express and demonstrate his personal appreciation.
