Kate Gosselin Entering Class-Action Lawsuit

Kate Gosselin is going to join a class-action lawsuit against people who attacked and threatened her on the internet according to a source who spoke with RadarOnline.com. On Wednesday, Kate tweeted support for the lawsuit, but did not say if she was joining it or not. A source told Radar that “She is 100 percent in.”

The operator of BullyVille, James McGibney, outed multiple attackers of Kate and announced the lawsuit, saying it was created because of “death threats, pedophilia claims, theft & documented stalking.”

Kate tweeted the following:

“FYI: I am in favor of any legal actions to stop all forms of bullying–including death threats and stalking–and if it that requires a court room setting involving a class action law suit, I support it. As always, I will do whatever it takes to keep my family safe.”

“(One person) is accusing me of hiring people to kill her,” McGibney told RadarOnline. “I’m going after these people. This lawsuit will be huge. We’ve done nothing illegal. We are very good researchers. To get the info was super easy.”

He went on to tell Radar the following: “Anyone who says something positive about Kate, they slam them,” he said.

When McGibney announced his lawsuit he said the following: “After seeing death threats, pedophilia claims, theft & documented stalking against @Kateplusmy8 & fans, we’ve decided to file a class action lawsuit against the main offenders. The evidence is overwhelming and the victims deserve justice.”

“We go after notorious bullies,” McGibney told Radar. “One person sent over 72,000 tweets to Kate and they are all absolutely vicious. Sometimes you have to be a bully to get a bully.

“Kids are driven to suicide by bullies, and we go after those bullies every day.”

Kate tweeted the following in response to the Radar story and the uproar over it: “Thx 2 those of you who believe in and tweet goodness positivity, support&love 2 ALL! You make me smile & I’m happy 2 call u my friends! GN!”
