A gender discrimination lawsuit representing 1.5 million female employees of Wal-Mart was filed by Betty Dukes against Wal-Mart and the U.S Supreme Court had ruled in favor of Wal-Mart. This ruling will now come under scrutiny by Senate Judiciary Committee according to its Chairman, Mr.Patrick Leahy, who is unhappy with 2 more such recent rulings by Supreme Court involving Janus Capital Group, Inc. v.
