A George Washington University law professor threatens to sue the Catholic University of America after the university began eliminating co-ed dorms in order to “reduce binge drinking and hooking up.” The professor’s lawsuit insists that this policy is a violation of D.C.’s Human Rights Act, which insures fair housing practices.
