The Dallas Morning News‘ 2010 listing of the Top 100 Workplaces in Dallas/Fort Worth ranked McKool Smith number 7, which is the highest ranking received by a law firm in the area.
The Dallas Morning News surveys of thousands of employees from companies located throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area to compile the Top Workplaces list. Questions focus on areas such as leadership, ethics, career opportunities and company direction, in addition to life/work balance, employee compensation and the effectiveness of company leaders.
Nearly 70 attorneys work at the firm’s Dallas office, along with 100+ staff members.
