Intellectual Property Today magazine has once again recognized Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, P.A., a Minneapolis-based IP law firm as a 2010 Top Patent Firm.
The firm filed 878 Utility Patents and 31 Design Patents in 2009 for a total of 909, ranking it 21 out of 356 firms.
Since 1993, Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner has specialized in technology fields, and is a leader in patent prosecution and intellectual property law. All SLW attorneys have technical degrees.
According to yesterday’s press release at PR Newswire, founding partner Steven Lundberg was quoted as saying: “We’re excited to be recognized by such a highly-regarded trade publication. This confirms our commitment to understanding the intellectual property requirements of those in technology-related fields. The fact that we ranked so high in the survey is very gratifying.”
Founded in 1993, Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner has grown to 83 attorneys and represents a spectrum of Fortune 500 companies, major universities that are leaders in high technology. The firm has obtained over 7,000 patents since 1993.
