Sacramento based law firm McDonough Holland & Allen have been ranked the number one law firm in the country for having the highest concentration of women law partners, according to Law360, a subsidiary of Portfolio Media. Sixteen of the firm’s 46 partners, 36.8%, are women. This exceeds the national average of 19%. McDonough was one of five firms where women partners exceeded 30%.The rankings are based on a survey conducted in September and October 2009 of law firms with 100 or more lawyers.
Davis Graham & Stubbs rank second, with 31.8%, Hanson Bridgett LLP ranks third, with 30.7% women partners. Littler Mendelson PC is fourth, with 30.1%.
