Jobs, Law Firms

I really don’t think we can post enough “former Thelen lawyers find jobs” stories.

Drinker Biddle & Reath’s Washington, DC office has added six former Thelen lawyers to its labor & employment practice.

The group includes three partners, two associates, and one counsel.

Earlier this month, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius announced that two Thelen lawyers had joined the employee benefits practice in Washington, and Troutman Sanders added four lawyers to its DC tax group.

  1. The real story for Drinkle Biddle is that all the attorneys in the group are Diverse Attorneys. A fact is that sometimes lost in the story of Thelen Attorneys that have landed at other firms since the break up of Thelen. The three Partners are African-American with one Partner being a African-American female, the Of Counsel is a white woman and the two associates are a black woman and a southeast asian male.

Drinkle is fortunate to have upped their diverse attorney numbers in D.C. with the acquisition of this group of talented attorneys, their book of clients is equally impressive. Kuddos to Drinkle and to the former Thelen/Mintz Group.
