Summary: A man is suing actress Jamie Luner for $250 million.

A man said that a “Melrose Place” actress sexually assaulted him when he was 16 years old, and now he is suing her for $250 million, according to TMZ.

Accuser Anthony Oliver is suing actress Jamie Luner for allegedly sexually assaulting him when he was 16-years-old. Oliver is asking for $250 million in damages, a price even an A-list actress would have a problem ponying up.

Oliver said that in 1998 he was at a party with Luner, then 26, and an unnamed makeup artist, and the two women made a porno tape of them fellating the teenager. He is suing for sexual battery and emotional distress, and he said the incident ruined his life and caused him to become an alcoholic.

Oliver said that when he met Luner at the party, she told him he was “adorable” and offered him a drink. Oliver said he informed her that he was underage but that she had her friend, the makeup artist, make him a Jack Daniels and Coca-Cola.

Oliver said that he and Luner drank and talked for a few hours before she offered him meth. He said she told him that the drug would make him “horny,” and he said that he refused the outright meth but accepted “2 Tylenol” which turned out to be laced with the illegal drug.

After getting high, Oliver said that Luner gave him oral sex and then put his penis into her friend’s mouth. He said Luner then instructed him to have sex with her multiple times that night, all while being recorded.

Oliver’s lawsuit comes after he filed a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department in February. The plaintiff said that two other men have come forward with similar stories against Luner, who has recently appeared in “Murder in the First.”

Luner’s manager told The Wrap that they believe Oliver has a history of extortion.

“All of these allegations are completely unfounded and we believe part of a targeted extortion scheme,” Luner’s manager said. “Anthony Oliver has a history of filing lawsuits and has filed 27 Federal lawsuits in the past 8 years, as reported in this link from a Georgia news station.”

Oliver told The Wrap that he was encouraged to come forward with his complaint against Luner after a therapist treated him for alcohol addiction. His lawsuit also comes just months after Harvey Weinstein’s takedown sparked the #MeToo movement, which inspired numerous victims to come forward with allegations of sexual harassment or assault against powerful men and women in various industries.
